Vinification: The maceration together with the grape skin and a delicate pressing procedure results in elegant juice, which ferments for about 60 days in the tank to create a fine and persistent perlage. After this process the wine then rests another 100 days resulting in an outstanding flavor profile

Natural residual sugar: 9 gr/l

Characteristics

Bouquet: Elegant notes of fruit like apple and citrus with a subtle mineral touch
Taste: Fine structured flavor profile, a pleasant wine giving hints of typical glera notes, with a long and soft finish, easy on the palate 
Appearance: A sparkling silver with a touch of gold
Suggested serving temperature: 6-7 °C
Perlage: Very fine and elegant perlage resulting from a long fermentation process

The harvest

Nested in the hills around Valdobbiadene the grapes for Vincelli Brut are carefully harvested by hand. The steep incline of the hills set clear boundaries to the way this precious grapes can be harvested for centuries already.
