Vinification: The maceration together with the grape skin and a delicate pressing procedure results in elegant juice, which ferments for about 60 days in the tank to create a fine and persistent perlage. After this process the wine then rests another 100 days resulting in an outstanding flavor profile

Bouquet: Fruity notes of apple, pineapple and subtle hints of cherry blossom
Taste: Very harmonious profile with clear fruit, pleasant taste on the palate with a long and lasting finish

Perlage: Very fine and lasting perlage embedded well in the body of the wine

Walking distance from the outskirts of Santo Stefano near Valdobbiadene wine lovers can find the most reknown vinyards for the best Prosecco produced. Located on this soil, the grapes for Vincelli Exra Dry are harvested each year by hand. A unique microclimate make this the perfect growing grounds for the juicy Glera grapes.
